1. Order Cancellation & Return Charge
   There is no free return or delivery charge waiver if you decide to cancel an order.

   -Return Charge - 100 Taka. Delivery Charge as per your location, pay both return charge and delivery charge to the delivery man.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
   If you cancel the order at any time after dispatch, you must pay the return delivery charge to the delivery personnel or send the return charge to us via bKash / Nagad.

3. Product Checking Policy
   No complaints will be accepted after the delivery personnel leaves.
   Please check all products in front of the delivery person before making payment.

4. Product Opening Policy
   Products are not allowed to be opened or used during checking.
   If you open any product packaging, it will be considered accepted, and you must take the product and complete payment.
